INTERNAL BAGS
PE linear bag
suitable for the containment of industrial materials and food, it has high optical and mechanical qualities. It is supplied in different diameters, heights and thicknesses (starting from 8 microns) to adapt to the size of the drum.
On request it can be made with antistatic treatment and/or suitable for contact with food.
PE bag with circular bottom
suitable for the containment of industrial materials and food, it has high optical and mechanical qualities. It is supplied in different diameters, heights and thicknesses (starting from 10 microns) to adapt to the size of the drum. During the filling phase, the circular bottom allows perfect adhesion of the bag to the internal shape of the drum. The bottom seal is ensured by a double welding. It is possible to adopt a circular bag fixed to the bottom of the drum, for a complete emptying of the contents with a tilting device, without the removal of the bag.
On request it can be made with antistatic treatment and/or suitable for contact with food.
PE sheath with circular bottom
suitable for the containment of industrial materials and food, it has high mechanical qualities. It is supplied with 350, 450 and 570 mm diameters and capacities of 57, 117 and 217 litres.
The thickness and stiffness of this type of bag guarantee maximum protection of the product. On request it can be made with antistatic treatment and/or suitable for contact with food.
Cable ties
they are used for the closure of the bags inside the drum.
The ties can be customised with the client’s name.
Safety seals
Made of plastic, they are inserted in the carabiner closing lever to ensure the integrity of the drum during shipment.
Side handles
to facilitate handling operations and to guarantee safety, it is possible to apply galvanized steel side handles to the body of the drum.
Lifting belts
For added safety, it is possible to adopt a lifting belt CE-certified according to the Machinery Directive with a 7:1 safety factor. The development and the flow are defined according to the weight carried. The belt is fixed to the bottom of the drum to ensure direct lifting of the load.
Small-sized cans
Paper jars with tin-plate bottom and lid, available in 3, 5, 10 and 15-litre capacities.
